Optimistic Speedup with Garapan Alone Product

JAKARTA - Product & Marketing Director of PT MLW Telecom Rachmad Wijaya Sakti optimistic about the hardware and software products garapannya own. According to him, other local products that are competitors tend to take the goods from China.

"We are not like other players to pick up and pressed China brand. We have the hardware and software itself," he said in Jakarta, Friday (10/12/2012).

However, he also acknowledged that electronic components have not been developed in Indonesia. "Therefore, the company is still relying on supplies of components from China," said Rachmad.

He said the product, design and components are designed to be done in China then. Meanwhile own customized designs its software with hardware.

MLW Telecom stems from the modem manufacturer and continued issuing operating system Android tablet from 2011 earlier. Already there are four product that bears the name of the vendor's SpeedUp out.

Today, the vendor issued a tablet sized Note SpeedUp 5.3 inches. In it, embedded kitchen runway in the form of a 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor and 512MB RAM. Tablet Ice Cream Sandwich operating system.

With a price tag on that level and specifications, Rachmad feel confident SpeedUp Note MLW Telecom or another product to compete with tablets made by fellow local vendors. "We are confident because has its own technology, its own software. Likewise with the design and components," he concluded.
