Apple Agree licensee Swiss Clock

San Francisco - accused of cheating at a typical Swiss design, Apple is reportedly now agreed to pay the license at Schweizerische Bundesbahnen (SBB), the operator of the Swiss federal railway service that owns the rights to the design.

"We've contacted Apple and told them that this clock design copyright belongs to us," said a spokeswoman for SBB previously. SBB when it said it would seek a peace agreement with Apple.

However, as SBB reported by Cnet, no details about the deal. Mentioned SBB, detailed agreement between the two is confidential. While Apple has yet to comment.

As is known, the design used in all of Switzerland's railway station is in the update iOS 6. Is Hans Hilfiker, who created the distinctive design in 1955. The simple design is then to be part of a national icon and licensed Swiss Mondaine, Swiss watch company.

Previously, Patricia Claivaz as SBB spokesman has said it does not intend to ask for money for copyright infringement by Apple. SBB feel proud of their designs copied Apple.

"We're just proud to know the brand of Apple using our design," he said at the time.
