CALIFORNIA - Facebook is increasingly easier for users. This time, the social networking giant has revolutionized Help Center page.

"We are very pleased to announce the new design is more streamlined," said Facebook Chief Privacy Officer, Erin Egan, as quoted by Mashable, Wednesday (03/10/2012).

Was first launched in 2007, the Help Center helps users by providing answers to questions related to Facebook. Now Home Help Center consists of six main topics, namely "Learn the Privacy Basics," "See What's New on Facebook", "Report an Issue", "Learn More About Timeline", "Review Our Safety Resources" and "Discover Games and Apps ".

Grouping, said Facebook, based on how users interact with the social networking site. Help Center offers new navigation that is designed to allow users to access them.

In addition to overhauling the Help Center page, Facebook also launched a Support Dashboard for all users. Tools of the original version was launched in April, helps users track their progress report for the photos and profiles.

After users reported a link content through reports, they could see the development of a report on the Support Dashboard. After that, Facebook will send a notification if there is progress on the report.

Support Dashboard can be seen when users access the "Account Settings". "Both of these tools aim to provide access to required information from Facebook users, quickly and efficiently as possible," said Egan.
