Hybrid Device Trends of the World TI?

JAKARTA - Some Windows 8 manufacturing partners, recently launched many hybrid computing devices such as laptops and tablet blend. But whether the vendors will increasingly glancing new market opportunities?

Sony become one PC vendor to launch hybrid computing devices, with the presence of Duo 11 that is supported by Windows 8. However, Sony revealed the presence of a hybrid product is not necessarily replace a single type of product that has been present earlier.

"Duo 11 is a hybrid product that could be a tablet and a PC. Hybrid products that we will launch a second well later on," explained Vaio and Sony Tablet Product sales section IT Sales Department Head Sony Indonesia, Leo Marathon, at the Four Season Hotel, Jakarta, (12/10/2012).

"Although the present hybrid product, but not necessarily to replace or abandon the usual product," he said.

In the meantime, look at some of its partners deliver hybrid products by bringing Windows 8, Microsoft had come to speak out. According to the software giant, the Windows 8 OS which is more flexible.

"Hanging with our partners, because it was their decision to put Windows 8 on a tablet device, laptop, or a hybrid," said technical evanglist Developer and Platform Group of Microsoft Indonesia, Norman Sasono.

"We can see later in the development of Windows 8 to market the devices are due to the line-up to three devices can be extensive before," he concluded.
