3 Communication Services Asia 'Threatens' Twitter

CALIFORNIA - Twitter plans to hold an Initial Public Offering ( IPO ) , turns out to reveal an interesting story . Although it has been successful in the social networking market , it does not mean the company does not feel threatened by the presence of other communications services .

Reported by Softpedia on Saturday ( 10/05/2013 ) , there are three local service that is feared by Twitter , and it is revealed through the filing to go public .

Companies begin to feel the aura of the tight competition with local websites , mobile applications and services that offer real -time communication , such as Sina Weibo in China , in Japan Line , and Cocoa in South Korea .

" If we are not able to compete effectively for users and advertisers , then our business and operating results could be harmed .
