Facebook revenue is predicted to continue to increase , not only because it ahead of the holiday season in the United States ( U.S. ) , but also a growing number of advertisers .

Explained by Dan Levy , Director of the Small Business Facebook , in June this year , Facebook has had 1 million advertisers . That number more than doubled compared to the previous year .

Businessman of medium enterprises ( SMEs ) to become the backbone Facebook ad revenue . Currently there are about 25 million SMEs are active Facebook page . Four percent of the companies using Facebook to advertise .

" There is a gold mine waiting to explore, " said Wedbush Securities analyst Michael Pachter , told Mashable , Saturday ( 11/23/2013 ) . Millions SMEs know the benefits of Facebook and it did not take long for them to try to advertise on Facebook .

Pachter believes at least half of SMEs in Facebook will advertise . The amount of money that can be sucked up by Facebook will be more than 1.25 billion U.S. dollars .

However , Levy acknowledged that there are many SMEs that have not moved to put an ad on Facebook . One reason is they do not have a finished product that you want to advertise .

While other reason , they only have two or three employees .

Facebook tried to embrace SMEs by providing a simple interface that advertising does not take much effort to promote on Facebook . Facebook claims 62 per cent of advertisers are interested because of the simple interface .

Pachter suggested that Facebook tried different advertising models , such as coupons and location-based advertising , or other advertising business model in which companies subject to tariffs only if it is able to attract consumers or buyers . This can eliminate the risk and encourage SMEs to plunge into Facebook .
