Sony Already Know Cause "Blink Blue" on PS4

Mystery why some Playstation ( PS ) 4 who experienced " blue blink " and the console 's sudden death appears to have been solved . The Sony claimed to have discovered the cause of both problems .

According to Satoshi Nakajima , a spokesman for Sony , console the troubled PS4 likely damaged upon shipment to the retail stores .

" We know that some units ( PS4 ) reported damaged upon delivery , " Satoshi said , as quoted by Bloomberg , on Friday ( 11/22/2013 ) .

According to Satoshi , the number of PS4 in the first phase of deliveries that were damaged not so much . PS4 which is claimed to be having problems less than 1 percent.

" There were some problems reported , which makes us believe that none of these issues affect the PS4 console in large numbers , " wrote Satoshi .

To help resolve the issue PS4 , the Sony claims to have worked with Amazon .

Previously , some early buyers reported experiencing problems in PS4 PS4 units are bought . Fraction of consumers admitted they bought the console can not transmit signals to the television picture and sound , although the PS4 indicator light has turned to blue . Just for the record , if the PS4 issued a blue color , then it means that this device has been lit .
