Is this the Samsung Flexible Screen Phones Specifications?

Samsung said it will release a smartphone with a flexible display in October this year. A leaked explain what kind of specifications.

Reportedly, the handset will use the flexible screen measuring 4.7 inch 720 x 1280 pixel resolution. Reported by GSMArena and quoted on Sunday (06/10/2013), quad-core processor with 2GB of RAM.
